What is Farlume?
Farlume is an AI-powered career and skills inventory platform. You build your career inventory once, through a structured discovery interview, then generate resumes, cover letters, interview prep, portfolios, personal statements, skill-gap analyses, scholarship applications, professional biographies, and research proposals from it on demand.
How does the discovery interview work?
It's a structured conversation that asks the kind of questions that surface real, specific outcomes, not just job titles. Each answer becomes a structured, reusable entry in your personal career inventory.
What can I generate from my inventory?
Resumes, cover letters, interview prep, portfolios, personal statements, skill-gap analyses, scholarship applications, professional biographies, and research proposals, built from your actual inventory instead of a blank page.
Does Farlume write my resume for me, or make things up?
No. Farlume only works from what you've actually told it. Anything imported from a resume or LinkedIn profile starts as an unverified draft, not a finished fact — it only counts once you've walked through it in the interview. Nothing claims more than what's been substantiated.
Is there an age requirement to use Farlume?
Yes. Farlume is available for users 18 and older.
Your data
Is my information verified before it's used?
Yes. Anything imported from an outside source, like a resume or a LinkedIn profile, starts as an unverified draft. It only becomes part of your inventory once you've confirmed it yourself in the interview.
Can I delete my information?
Yes. Email support@farbourne.io and we'll take care of it.
Where can I read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service?
Both are in legal review and will be linked here once they're finalized. If you have a specific question before then, email support@farbourne.io.
